Having successfully completed the SIA-SRN-13A Examination, Spacer 2nd Class David Bell (RMN-3701-16) is hereby rated as Communications Technician 2nd Class and ordered to report to the ship's Communications department for assignment to duties.
This order effective as of 0001 on the 1st of May, 2017.
