As of the date of this order by my hand, and the authority vested in me, by the Crown of Manticore and the Sword of Grayson. For having passed a special promotion board and for his lengthy and exemplary service as Bosun of HMS Pegasus, always setting an example to other members and rising to his test, I hereby promote the following:
