Attention to Orders:
Effective as of 0001 Hours on November 9, 2016, it is my pleasure and privilege to announce the commissioning of HMS Diomedes. This is an Agamemnon-class Battlecruiser and is assigned to the Sixth Fleet (Little Rock, AR).
The following Naval personnel are hereby transferred and permanently assigned to HMS Diomedes (BC-588):

Subsequent to this commissioning, HMS Kay shall be transferred to the Active Fleet Reserves, following inspection and any repairs deemed necessary. Kay shall be made available for recommissioning at a later date.
