My fellow Manticorans,

Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on March 16, 2015, it is my pleasure to announce the re-commissioning of HMS Devastation, under the command of Lt. Commander Jacklyn Sullivan. This is a Havoc Class Destroyer and is assigned to the Third Fleet, based in Norfolk, VA.

As of the date of Re-Commissioning, the following personnel are assigned to HMS Devastation:

• Lieutenant Commander Jacklyn Sullivan (CO of HMS Devastation)
• Lieutenant, Senior Grade Jack Selle, III (XO of HMS Devastation)
• Chief Petty Officer Chelsea Algove (Bosun of HMS Devastation)
• Spacer 3rd Class Tyler Owens
• Spacer 3rd Class Megan Miranda
• Spacer 3rd Class Jennifer Turner
• Spacer 3rd Class Anthony Edwards

The following personnel are breveted in rank as indicated below:

• Jacklyn Sullivan to Lieutenant Commander (and assigned as CO of HMS Devastation)
• Jack Selle, III to Lieutenant, Senior Grade (and assigned as XO of HMS Devastation)
