BuShips Directive 1505-08 was issued 27 May 2015 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It changes command of HMS Pegasus.

My fellow Manticorans,
Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on May 27, 2015, it is my duty to announce the change of command for HMS Pegasus.
The new Command Staff is:
- Captain, s.g. Jesse Oquendo, assigned as Commanding Officer, HMS Pegasus
- Commander Scarlet Travarra, assigned as Executive Officer, HMS Pegasus
The Bosun and remaining crew are unchanged.
The following persons are breveted in rank:
- Jesse Oquendo to Captain, senior grade
- Scarlet Travarra to Commander
