BuShips Directive 1610-13 was issued 31 October 2016 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It decommissions HMS Havoc.

Attention to Orders:
As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I Decommission HMS Havoc (DD-01) and place the ship in the Reserve Fleet for future use as may be needed. The crew of this vessel is hereby transferred to HMS Kraken.
In addition, I do hereby direct the Bureau of Personnel to reduce the following member of the HMS Havoc to their permanent ranks as indicated below:
- Jeremy Camp to the rank of Senior Chief Petty Officer (E-8)
- Tammy Wilcox to the rank of Spacer, 3rd Class (E-1)
This order made under my hand will be effective 0001 hours 01-NOV-16
