As of the date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Sergeant Chris Lynch, RMN [RMN-1638-15] to the position of Unlicensed Deck Instructor at the Deck College of the Merchant Fleet Academy and promoted to the rank of Sergeant (E-5).
Sergeant Lynch, you are hereby ordered to report to the offices of the Merchant Fleet Academy, Manticore post haste to assume your duties as the Merchant Fleet Academy Unlicensed Deck Instructor.
