As of the date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Minister Resident Amanda Barrow (RMN-3975-16) to the position of Provost of Landing University.
Minister Barrow , you are hereby ordered to report to the offices of Landing University, Star Kingdom University System, Manticore, post haste, to assume your office as Provost Landing University. Where you will serve as Deputy to the Regent of the Star Kingdom University System.
