Re:	Appointment of Executive Officer, London Point (Corps Directive 01-1402)

As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby draft into the service of Her Majesty’s Marine Corps, Petty Officer Third Class (GSN) Matt Velasco and brevet him to the rank of Colonel. Colonel Velasco is hereby appointed to the position of Executive Officer, London Point. Colonel Velasco, you are hereby ordered to London Point, Saganami Island, Manticore, post haste. There you will assume the office of Executive Officer, London Point and take command of said installation as the acting commanding officer.
