As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint 1st Lieutenant Dave Cleric to the position of Executive Officer, London Point. 1st Lieutenant Cleric, you are hereby ordered to London Point, Saganami Island, Manticore, post haste. There you will assume the office of Executive Officer, London Point and take command of said installation as the acting commanding officer. You are also hereby brevetted to the rank of Colonel.
The above effective 18-SEP-13.
