By my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby authorize the following:
Corpsman First Class Matthew Titus Piccolo, RMN has met the training requirements for Fleet Marine Force Corpsmen level 1 and is assigned to Marine Detachment Eardsidh Kamerling.
He is qualified to place the designator (FMF) after his rating per CD 01-1707
He is also authorized to wear RMMC combat, working, service undress, and service dress uniforms to include the RMMC green beret with RMN beret flash per CD 01-1707.
