As of the date, by my hand and the authority vested in me as commanding officer, HMS Pegasus, CLAC-26, I hereby make the following announcement:

Having met the required Time in Grade and required course work from the RMN Academy, I hereby announce the following authorized Promotion:

Spacer 3rd Class Alex Shaffer, to Spacer 2nd Class.
