The Havenite War Campaign Medal (abbrev. HWC) was issued awarded to all Manticoran military personnel who performed duties during the First Havenite-Manticoran War.<ref>"House of Steel" Companion</ref>. There are no known canon recipients of this decoration.

TRMN Information

This award is offered to those members who participate at an official Admiralty House function of The Royal Manticoran Navy: The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association, Inc. (TRMN), such as the annual meeting or any other event decreed an official Admiralty House Function by a Royal Council member. The key word here is participation, not attendance. The Member must have done more than simply attend (i.e., served on a panel, worked on the Security detail, etc.).<ref name="aman2014">TRMN Bureau of Personnel Awards Manual 2014 Edition</ref>
