As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby reactivate the Seventh Fleet under the command of Groβadmiral der Flotte Philip Wohlrab, Freiherr von Baudenvost.
Groβadmiral Baudenvost, you now have charge of establishing the structure and command staff of Seventh Fleet.
