As of midnight, November 28, 2018, Captain (JG) Zachary McCauley, OG, ME, MP, RMN is appointed to the position of Intelligence Officer for the Bureau of Planning, with all rights and responsibilities associated with that role.
Captain McCauley has served the organization in several capacities including acting as an Intelligence Agent for the Bureau of Planning, that make him well suited for this role.
