Effective as of 0001 Hours on November 16, 2012, it is my duty to announce the change of command for HMS Phantom, CLAC-89. The new Command Staff is as follows:

  • Commander Mary Cates, assigned as XO of HMS Phantom

The following personnel are breveted in rank as indicated:
