My fellow Manticorans,

Effective as of 0001 Hours on May 9, 2013, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of the Pinnace Invincible-01. This is a Pinnace under the Command of Lieutenant, j.g. Matthew Hellendrung and is assigned to the HMS Invincible and Second Fleet.

The crew of this ship consists of:

• Spacer 3rd Class Patrice Hundstad
• Spacer 3rd Class Jessica Gazdik

Additionally, the following persons are hereby breveted to the rank shown below:

• Matthew Hellendrung to Lieutenant, j.g.

They will be recruiting additional members to form a full crew for a larger vessel.
