My fellow Manticorans,

Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on November 2, 2013, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of HMS Saladin, DD-515, under the command of Lt. Commander Daniel Hamm. This is a Roland Class Destroyer and is assigned to the Third Fleet, based in Greenville, SC.

As of the date of Commissioning, the following personnel are assigned to HMS Saladin:

• Lieutenant Commander Daniel Hamm (and assigned as CO, HMS Saladin)
• Lieutenant, s.g. Alex Arritt (and assigned as XO, HMS Saladin)
• Chief Petty Officer Allen Chandler (and assigned as Bosun, HMS Saladin)
