My fellow Members of the Grand Alliance,

Effective as of 0001 Hours on May 21, 2014, it is my duty to announce the change of command for HMS Chimera, CLAC-07. The new Command Staff is as follows:

• Captain, senior grade Andre Tessier, assigned as CO, HMS Chimera
• Captain, senior grade Tobias Gassman, assigned as XO, HMS Chimera

The Bosun and other crew of HMS Chimera remain unchanged at this time.

The following personnel are breveted in rank as indicated:

• Andre Tessier to the rank of Captain, Senior Grade
