My fellow Members of the Grand Alliance,

Effective as of 0001 Hours on June 16, 2014, it is my duty to announce the change of command for HMS Manticore, SD-200. The new Command Staff is as follows:

• Captain, senior grade, Tony Rowley is assigned as the Commanding Officer
• Commander John T. Erb assigned as Executive Officer

The Bosun and other crew of HMS Manticore remain unchanged at this time.

The following personnel are breveted in rank as indicated:

• Tony Rowley to the rank of Captain, senior grade
• John T. Erb to the rank of Commander
