My fellow Manticorans,

Effective as of 0001 Hours on September 25, 2014, it is my duty to announce the change of command for HMS Galahad, DD-478. The new Command Staff is as follows:

• Lieutenant Commander Nathan Durbin, assigned as CO of HMS Galahad
• Lieutenant, s.g. Greyson Adams, assigned as XO of HMS Galahad
• Chief Petty Officer Rochelle Weber, assigned as Bosun of HMS Galahad

Remaining crew is unchanged.

The following personnel are breveted in rank as indicated:

• Nathan Durbin to Lieutenant Commander
• Greyson Adams to Lieutenant, s.g.

The following reduction in rank is also effective, immediately:

• Rochelle Weber is reduced to her permanent rank of Chief Petty Officer
