Effective as of 0001 Hours on October 22, 2015, it is my duty to announce the Change of Command for {{#if:hcn

}}}}. This is a Nike Class Battle Cruiser and is assigned to the Tenth Fleet (San Francisco, CA).
The new Command Staff is as follows:
- Commodore Michael Garcia is appointed as Commanding Officer, HMS Artemis
All other crew and command staff are unchanged.
