Captain Horton:
By the authority of the Third Space Lord, Admiral of the Green Lord Sir John Roberts, KDE, OR, SC, Earl New Mecklenburg, the following personnel are to be assigned and/or breveted accordingly:
CAPTJG Stephen Nemer is hereby appointed as Executive Officer of {{#if:hcn
|HMS Intrepid (SD-463) |{{#if:SD-463 |HMS Intrepid |HMS Intrepid
}}}}, relieving CDR Lindsay Roloff.
Furthermore, CDR Roloff has the thanks of BuShips for her service as Intrepid's Executive Officer. Due to BuShips' policy, and based upon her training record, CDR Roloff is hereby reduced to her permanent rank of ENSIGN, RMN.
The above orders are effective on this date, 4 August 2016.
