By the authority of the Third Space Lord, Admiral of the Green Lord Sir John Roberts, KDE, OR, SC, Earl New Mecklenburg, you are hereby requested and required to assume command of RHSS Javier Giscard (RHSS-01). In addition, the following personnel are assigned to your command in the following capacities:
- CDR Megan Davidson, RHN, (RMN-2656-14) is appointed as Executive Officer.
- S1C Oscelot Haalan, RHN, (RMN-3539-15) is appointed as Station Bosun, and is breveted to CHIEF PETTY OFFICER, RHN.
The above orders are effective on this date, 31 October 2016.
