You are hereby directed and required to report to CAPTJG Sir Steven Firestine, PMV, KDE, OG, Commanding Officer, Construction and Refit Command, in your new capacity as the Director of the Office of RMN Shipbuilding. Fail not in this charge at your peril.
To discharge your required duties of this office, you are brevetted to the rank of COMMANDER, RMN.
The above orders are effective this date, 21 April 2017.
