Dame Julie:
The following personnel are assigned to your command, HMS Lodestone (DD-64) in the defined capacities:
• PO1 Kathy Davis, RMN (RMN-0373-11), is assigned as Bosun, relieving CPO John Fairbairn. Petty Officer Davis is hereby breveted to the rank of CHIEF PETTY OFFICER, RMN.
The above directive is effective on this date, 09 May 2018.
The Bureau of Ships wishes to express appreciation and thanks to Chief Petty Officer Fairbairn for his service as the Bosun of Lodestone.
