The following personnel are assigned to your command, HMS Javelin (DD-264) in the defined capacities:
- YN2 Joshua Dadd, RMN (RMN-5115-18), is assigned as Bosun, relieving CPO Ziggi Thompson. YN2 Dadd is hereby breveted to the rank of CHIEF PETTY OFFICER, RMN.
The above directive is effective on this date, 10 September 2018.
