The following personnel are assigned to your command, HMS Truculent (BC-593), in the defined capacities:
- LCDR James Falconburg, SC, RMN (RMN-3757-16), is assigned as EXECUTIVE OFFICER, relieving CDR Michael Durkin, RMN. LCDR Falconburg is hereby breveted to the rank of COMMANDER, RMN.
The above directive is effective on this date, 10 September 2018.
