The following personnel are assigned to your command, HMS Tornado (DD-488), in the defined capacities:
- S1C Dan Sparks-Jackson, RMN (RMN-5014-17), is assigned as BOSUN, relieving SCPO David Westover. S1C Sparks-Jackson is hereby breveted to the rank of CHIEF PETTY OFFICER, RMN.
The above directive is effective on this date, 10 September 2018.
