BuShips Directive 1809-09 was issued 10 September 2018 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive designates the flagship for Battlecruiser Squadron 96.

}}}} is hereby designated as the flagship of your command, the Battlecruiser Squadron 96 (Tenth Fleet). Helen is heretofor authorized to fly your pennant upon her hull, which should be embellished with three red stripes as befits the level of your command within the Royal Manticoran Navy.
Any previous directives or orders regarding BatCruRon 96’s flagship or with respect to Helen’s status as a flagship are hereby overridden and/or rescinded.
