Attention to Orders:
Effective as of 0001 Hours on 16 November 2020, it is my pleasure and privilege to announce the re-commissioning of HMS Justicar. This is a Saganami B Heavy Cruiser and is assigned to the Third Fleet (Winston Salem, NC).
The following personnel are hereby transferred and permanently assigned to HMS Justicar:
- CAPTSG Mark Polanis (assigned as CO)
- CDR Christopher Carter (assigned as XO)
- CPO Lyn Holiman (assigned as Bosun)
- CDR Gideon Deschain
- CDR Josua Bailey
- CDR Samantha Martin

The following Royal Marine Corps personnel are hereby transferred and permanently assigned to HMS Justicar:

Subsequent to the recommissioning, HMS Avalon shall be transferred to the Active Fleet Reserves, following an inspection and any repairs deemed necessary. The vessel shall be made available for recommission at a later date.
