By my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore, Elizabeth III, I hereby make the following appointment:
Captain (Junior Grade) Sir Matthew Miller (RMN-1035-12), KCE, is hereby appointed to the position of Saganami Island Naval Academy Chief of Staff. In this position, Captain Miller will support the SIA Commandant by coordinating with the commandants and staff of SIA colleges/centers and coordinating with the BuTrain Chief of Staff and other BuTrain staff.
