Effective August 29, 2018, Senior Chief Petty Officer David Westover (RMN-4926-17) is appointed to the position of Chief of Staff of the SIA Naval Technical Specialties College and is promoted to the rank of Lieutenant Commander (O-4).
LCDR Westover, you are hereby ordered to report, post haste, to the SIA Naval TSC to assume Command as Chief of Staff. Congratulations!
