Ensign Hankey:

You are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard SMS Scharnhorst (SD-227), there to take upon yourself the duties and responsibilities of Commanding Officer, relieving Captain Philip Culmer, IAN, in service to the Empire. Fail not in this charge at your peril.

Based upon the requirements of the service for your new billet, you are hereby brevetted to the rank of O-6 Captain Junior Grade, RMN.

The above directive is effective on this date, 13 April 2026.
