As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Ivo Heger to the position of Chief of Staff for the Commandant Royal Manticoran Marine Corps. Ivo Heger you are hereby ordered to London Point, Manticore, post haste where you will assume the office of Chief of Staff for the Commandant Royal Manticoran Marine Corps. You are also hereby brevetted to the rank of Colonel.
The above effective 20-FEB-12.
