As of the date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of Benjamin Bernard Jason Mayhew IX, Protector of Grayson.

In a joint 4th-10th Fleet operation codenamed Starbase 24 members of HMS Revenge (10th Fleet) took part in an operation in 4th Fleets AOR 29-30 Aug.
