As of the date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of Benjamin Bernard Jason Mayhew IX, Protector of Grayson. I hereby designate TitianCon AKA EuroCon 2019 as a fleet event for 4th Fleet and any other members attending the Con. Members attending are requested to visit the fan table and check in with them.
