Re: 4th Fleet - Fleet Order 48-2302-20

As of the date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of Benjamin Bernard Jason Mayhew IX, Protector of Grayson. Ensign Patrick Maher RMN RMN-3649-16 having the required time exam, time in grade and promotion points, is hereby promoted to Lt(JG) O2.
