To: All Officers and Enlisted in The Royal Manticoran Navy, the Grayson Space Navy and all allied navies and armed forces
From: Commanding Officer, HMS Pegasus CLAC-26
Re: Ships Order 1811-28 - Appointment of Surgeon Officer

As of the date of this order by my hand, and the authority vested in me, by the Crown of Manticore and the Sword of Grayson. After completing the relevant courses and having offered his services to our ship, I am happy to appoint one of our officers to the billet of Surgeon Officer.

Ensign Phil Culmer is hereby billeted to Surgeon Officer. As of the date of this order he shall be known as Surgeon Officer Ensign Philip Culmer, KE, RMN

In service of the Crown.
