To:	All Officers and Enlisted in The Royal Manticoran Navy, the Grayson Space Navy and all allied navies and armed forces
From:	Commanding Officer, HMS Pegasus CLAC-26
Re:	Ships Order 2012-01 - Mention in Dispatches

As of the date of this order by my hand, and the authority vested in me, by the Crown of Manticore and the Sword of Grayson. My December ship’s report has included Mention in Dispatches for Captain David Bell.

Mention is given for working hard since they joined to welcome 13th Fleet in as full members of TRMN and making efforts to outreach via gaming opportunities working with members of 13th Fleet to work towards marksmanship awards and getting to know each other.

As such Captain David Bell is hereby awarded a Swords Cross in Steel.
