Re:	Appointment Commander of Royal Manticore Astro-Control Service (RMACS)

In recognition of his exceptional in the service to the Civilian program in its development of the RMN Astro-Control Service and Astro-Control Service Academy, Sir Garret Bitker, Baron Silver Lake, RMN-1907-14 is hereby appointed as Commander of the Astro-Control Service and promoted to the rank of Rear Admiral (C-19) http://wiki.trmn.org/wiki/index.php/Admiralty_Order_1612-05.

Admiral Silver Lake you are hereby ordered to report post haste to Offices of the Home Secretary, City of Landing, Manticore, Astro-Control Office, where you will assume Command of the Astro-Control Service and its components.
