Re:	Appointment of Fifth Fleet Commanding Officer (Naval Directive 11FB-08)

As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby Appoint Rear Admiral of the Red (Brevet) Scott Bell to the position of Commanding Officer of the Fifth Fleet (ANZAC FLEET) and the Fifth Naval District with all of the authority and responsibility requisite thereof, effective 28-FEB-11.

As a Numbered Fleet Commander your duties are primarily focused on recruiting in your naval Districts. Your cooperation with the Space Lords is expected and your mentorship of future appointees to the individual task forces will be so as well.
