As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore, Elizabeth III, I hereby name Rear Admiral of the Red Eddy Roberts as Commanding Officer for Eighth Fleet, with all rights duties, privileges and honors appertaining thereunto.
Additionally, Eddy Roberts is hereby promoted to the rank of Rear Admiral of the Red, effective immediately.
This order made under my hand will be effective 0001 hours 24-APR-17
